LW Property Management is an independent, London-based property management business led by Lydia. We work with landlords across Central, North and West London who want their properties looked after with genuine care and professionalism.

I started this business because I am a property owner myself. I rented out my own property, managed it personally, and discovered that I genuinely enjoyed the process — from finding the right tenant to making sure every detail was looked after. That experience taught me how important it is to have someone who truly cares taking care of your property. That is the standard I bring to every home we manage.
